I've been doing Slimfast for 6 months now and have lost 50lb. I mainly have the fruit smoothies for breakfast and lunch or I make my own smoothies if I have time at the weekends. I've just returned from Orlando today and even bought Slimfast out there. I'll weigh in tomorrow to see what damage was done, although I think I did as well as I could with eating out every night.

Well, I managed to lose a pound whilst on holiday. I've never usually managed to have anything but a huge gain. Very pleased with that.

I'm still going with the Slimfast and as my ticker shows, have lost a total of 65lb. Things have really slowed down however and have only lost 1lb so far this month even though I'm not doing anything different. Just to make sure I'm writing everything down this week even though for the most part I have the same things ever day until 6pm. So far I can't see where I'm going wrong so I'll see what this week brings.

Thanks.

I lost 3lb more this week so keeping a record of what I'm eating seemed to work.
