Default Weight Watchers

Hi,

I'm just about to head out to join WW once again think this about the 4th time lol.

I know that I have put all the weight back on and more since I was last there but seriously need to do something about it, i'm only 25 so better to do it now than leave it. I was wondering if there was anyone else on here at ww with similar stats as me who might want to chat outwith here, on menu tips, exercise tips and basically just a chat about how the other person is getting on. Just someone who is there to motivate u, sometimes I feel these forums are a bit overwelming when you are getting all different advice as everyone does things different.

Hi I'm doing WW although I'm further down the line. My best tips are weigh stuff, track or use the journal, take your own food into work and do excersise...

Well I went last night and weighed in at 237lb so was slightly better than I thought as I am not heavier than I was when I last joined.

I went and bought a slow cooker today as was thinking that if my dinner was ready for me coming in the door then I wouldn't pick at things due to hunger, and I wouldn't order take aways as I wouldn't waste what I had already made, or thats the plan at least lol.
