Default Help and Advice

I could be doing with some advice here.

My job involves me going from house to house at least twice a week, during which time I find it hard to get enough fluids due to the obvious problem of not having a toilet on tap. Any suggestions on how I can overcome this problem?

My other problem is that I am struggling with my lunches. I can find plenty to eat at breakfast and dinner, can anyone suggest some lunchtime options which can be prepared at home and need no later heating or the likes?

I often take homemade pasta salad or low point sandwiches and crisps. If I'm going to be in the office I sometimes take soup.
