Default yet another one

hello all, I used to be on this site a while ago, but since then I got pregnant with my second child and my dieting sort of went to pot.

My son was born 7 weeks ago and I'd like to get back onto the plan of action to shift some weight!

So, let me reintroduce myself - I'm Nat, I'm 23, I'm from Leeds. I'm aiming to lose 55lbs. I can't really diet as such because I'm breastfeeding, but I'm going to try and do more exercise and eat more healthily for the time being

Yeh I went up to 203lbs at my heaviest point during pregnancy. I was about 182lbs before hand, so I'm nearly back down to pre-preg weight....but pre-preg weight is still too big, if you see what I mean

Hey there! I'm not far from you, i live in Doncaster!! I hope this site motivates you to exercise i know it's helped me a lot. My sister is 21 and is pregnant with her first baby, she's worried about not being able to shift the weight after the birth (she's naturally really skinny) so maybe i'll introduce her to this site once the baby is born and she's ready
