Default Fit day for UK

Hi

Sorry if this ends up been a double thread.

I've noticed a lot of people on this forum also use fitday to record their exercises/food consumption etc, does anyone know of any free good UK sites similar to this for recording exercise/food etc?

I find fitday to confusing as it seems to be aimed towards US users..

Thanks

I have been using http://caloriecount.about.com/ - it is free and they have a lot of UK brands and supermarket stuff. If they don't then they let you enter your own stuff and you can always enter the basic foods (or any foods) values in grams.

Have used Fitday so long that most of what I eat is in there as custom foods now, but am going to try that new one, out of interest! Ta!

Eek! No! Tried it and I couldn't find anything - very very confusing but then I've been on Fitday a couple of years now so was probably bound to find that easier to navigate! Back to Fitday for me, but I think if you had never done Fitday and started on this, it would be great (if you can find where everything is!)

Weightlossresources.co.uk is good and you can have as many free three day trials as you want so good for checking out cals of stuff. You have to pay to use it permanently though but I just keep having free trials.
