Default Another one returning to the fold

Hi all,
I joined some time ago but failed miserably to lose any weight (due to stress & strain in my life). Anyway, I managed to lose half a stone in spring and have managed to keep it off. I now want to get on with it and lose some more. I would like to join the Christmas challange and lose a stone by then. However, I think that shorter goals are better for me so I want to lose 7 lbs by the end of October.

Looking forward to joining in with the banter and the mutual support.

Hi all,
Thanks for the encouragement. I'm afraid I worked hard at it for 5 days, didn't lose anything, then gave up! So I now weigh a couple of pounds more! Aaaaaggghhh. This is so typical of me. So now I'm going to try again. I have ordered a cross trainer to stick up in the lounge because I think lack of exercise is the key. I walk the dog every day and I do quite a lot of gardening, but my job causes me to sit on my bum in front of the computer quite a lot, so I think that's the problem.
Anyway, I'll try not to run away if I do badly and stick with it.
