Ok so I go back to school tommorow.
and I am moving into my final year we start school at 8.30 we have a break at 10.45 for 15 mins and now we have lunch at 1.00 until 1.30 and finish school at 2.30
The problem I am having is wont I be starving at 10.00.
I am used to having dinner at 12 and I am hungry then so will I die now.
Will it make **** for my diet or will it only make it better.
Please has anyone got advice or ideas ?.

I guess the question is: are you eating a sensible breakfast? - not just a piece of toast, but something with a decent amount of protein to see you through till lunch.
I'd suggest looking at your breakfast, make sure that it's giving you what you need, then take some fruit with you to have at your break, so you should make it to lunch time without keeling over
Ditto piddlingaround - i cant make it through the morning without some kind of snack even though i do have a sensible breakfast, I have an apple or a banana in my bag at all times for a snack emergency. If i dont have my snack mid morning I tend to overeat at lunchtime because im too hungry.
Wholegrain breakfast cereal and some chopped fruit like a banana, should keep you going. Also emergency snacks are essential. Again i suggest a banana or grapes.
