Default Ok so here it is i have 14 months!

thats right in 14 months i have my Grad ceremony. (fingers crossed) now there is no way in **** i'm going to be 322lb in my Grad photo!, i don't care if i have to dig out the hoover and a plastic bag for a bit of homemade lipo in the bath. thinking more logically and errr safely, i'm giving myself 14 months to get down to errr well whatever i can the lowest i got down to not long after joining this site way way back 4 and a half years ago was 226. so anything lower than 18st (252) will do for me.

as of last friday i'm atkinsing. this failed for me last time as well i was a crap cook and after a week or so the food got really really dull! however now i'm a much better cook! and i'm keeping myself and my old man on track for week 1 using my new culinary skills. had an awesome handmade spicey herb burger for dinner it was good and within the guidlines.

gym tomorrow nothing hectic just a slow plod on teh exercise bike with a book to get back into things.
