Default Dissapointment

Well I went to ww tonight or fat club as i like to call it lol, I put on a half pound so thats 1 1/2lb in 2 weeks, where the **** has all my good work went. I can't seem to get focused at the moment, as of tomorrow i'm going back to writing everything i eat down and also going back to weighing all my food.

Going swimming tomorrow and will make the effort to do a lot more walking over the next week.

Ah me too; half last week and one this We will ahve to take ourselves to task! I bought some size 14 last week because wearing baggy size 16 stuff was making me feel a bit complacent.

Never mind Fee - it does help to write everything down - and I mean everything! Make yourself a food diary. If you snack on biscuits make sure you put down exactly how many, then if you have had a bad week and you look back you can think "Ah, having a whole pack of jaffa cakes/hob nobs maybe wasn't such a good idea". If you don't write it down you will conveniently 'forget' that you ate them all!

Good luck next weigh on.

Just keep on doing it and you'll lose I'm sure. I've been on/off a diet for the past year and I'm finally back to 3 stone lost. Finally!
