CG - wow, think of all the weight training you did
Fee - have you got a programe you're following in the gym or are you just doing what you feel like? Are you doing weights or just cardio machines? I'd say if it doesn't feel like it's doing anything, give it another try, but increase speed on machines, increase weights when you lift, THEN see what happens
Well I went out with DH last night and sat in a lovely pub. I was supposed to be doing a 5K Race for Life, but unfortunately my knee was slightly grumbly so I thought best not to push it too much. I tried lamb for the first time, and I thought it was ok, but a bit greasy. They were lamb koftas though, so I presume they were deep fried, but tasty non the less.
Tonight we are celebrating our 6 month "anniversary" at another pub!

It's officially tomorrow but DH and I are both out in the evening, so I'm missing kickboxing for some "quality time".
