hi fee (is that your real name? did you know it means fairy in german?!)
i'm not doing a "plan" as such, i can't be bothered with anything organised like that. basically, i am eating:
breakfast: cereal or toast, OJ, a yogurt and a piece of fruit
lunch: veg (raw or cooked), with pulses or cheese, rice or similar and a piece of fruit (unless at work when eat hot at canteen, i am a teacher)
dinner: as lunch
exercise: original target to do dvd every day, fell flat as only just got over last time i did it! so only one time in week one, going for twice in week two and so on. perhaps am not doing enough aerobic...? hmm.
anyway, usually when i do a diet, i lose nearly half a stone in the first week, certainly not gaining weight!
