Hello all!I skived boxing! I'm a lazy Frus! Although my legs are screaming at me still
but I will still take them to the gym at lunch and then kickboxing
I think they might loosen off by then!Oh and the scales are looking pretty normal - no change at all, but I must be holding on to some water weight in those sore muscles, so maybe I have really lost a bit!
One can only hope!
