Well, I haven't done very well at all the week. It's been one of those weeks where I wanted to eat everything in site. We're getting ready to go on our trip. We had planned to leave today, but we had too much to do and postponed it until tomorrow. I'm looking forward to some cooler weather and hopefully the leaves will be changing. I'm going to try to control my eating while I'm gone. I do NOT want to have a gain at weigh in when I get back.

Cbabe.......giving up that bread was a good idea. How did you get the whole chapter to go along with that? Some of the members in our chapter have been there about 25 years and you can't get them to do anything. They say coming helps them not to gain more weight, but they don't work at losing. They are nice people and that is what is good about TOPS, everyone is welcome.
Eleni, have fun at the rally and Sherri, that sounds like a good contest. Will keep it in mind for next spring. We just started a bowling contest. It will last 10 to 12 weeks. If you lose, you get a strike, if you turtle, you get a spare, gains gets a zero. It cost .50 cents to get in the contest and you pay a fine of .25 if you gain (KOPS do not pay fine, unless out of leeway). This money will be used for the prize and if it's enough, we will have 1st., 2nd and 3rd place prizes.
