Ok ladies, we have about 4 more weeks till weigh in for the end of our Thanksgiving challenge, lets keep track of our food and exercise and make those goals a reality
Tuesday-
Breakfast
1 egg and 1 slice sausage
Lunch- small salad from Wendys with lite italian
Supper-
vegetable soup and apple cake (small slice)
and 3 snack size candy bars ( being real....candy night here )
Breakfast: 1 C. oatmeal w. Spenda and skim milk Coffee with 2 creamers
Lunch: 4 oz. lean sliced pork and mixed beans in a red sauce; apple; 1 slice cornbread
Dinner plans: 1 tortilla spread with hummas and 1 oz. swiss cheese (melted);
raw carrots and raw red pepper. Green tea
Ok yesterday menu looked good....BUT it was not! I ate alot more candy than I wrote down and am back on track today ...having to low carb it, but hey....I chose to overdo and I need to fix it
B- 1 egg
L- cauliflower bake
S- 2 chicken legs, cauliflower bake
will snack on tomatoes and ranch and sf jello if needed
I blew it too. I had about 10 candy bars as I sat on the front porch handing out candy.
Today: B: cereal and skim milk; 1 slice pineapple and coffee w. creamer
L: spinach salad with curried chicken, pinapple chunks, vinagerette dressing; apple
D: (plan) 1 tortilla with turkey, hummas and swiss cheese
lynard- Do you follow the Weight watchers core program?? It just looked like it from your menu ....I usually do WW myself but I have to low carb when I overdo a few days before weigh in
No, I just keep track of calories on FitDay - try to stay below 1700-1800 when I am exericsing daily. I did WW sbout 4 years ago, and it worked, but now I rely on my TOPs weekly weigh-ins.
Well I gaine d1.5 last night, and today is my one cheat day a week, so I wont post a menu today as it is a fly by the seat of my pant kind of day

Well I suggested posting a menu each day and than I didn't get back. Thanks Christi for starting one. I have been sick and out of town, but will be around until Thanksgiving and I need this.
Monday Nov.6
B. Southwest omelet (egg sub, salsa)
L. Tuna salad on lettuce leaves
D. Salmon, cauliflower, broccoli salad
Lots of water...no soda's ,1 cup coffee and 1 hot tea for the day.
I will walk at least 1.5 miles. Will update Monday evening!
Breakfast - egg sub with 1 slice bacon - coffee & water
Lunch - didn't feel well - 1/2 cup yogurt
Dinner - still not feeling up to par - not eating right! 1/2 small baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits.
Can anyone join in on your contest of losing?I use to go to TOPS 2 yrs ago n lose alot but had to quit as my car gave out n meeting was 20 miles away.
I am losing on my own at home but I am doing the weight watchers points.
I was 270 10/24/06 and now I am down to 260.It would be nice to have someone to report in to.I can't afford ww meetings.I think I weigh more than anyone on here.So let me know if I can join.
