Good Morning Just dropping by to say hello.Had planned to sleep late this morning but I was up by 6;30.We are going up to north Fl for my grandson's birthday.It looks like almost all the kids will make it.It is hard to get them all together so hopefully it will be a nice day.
Am still not losing any weight but I keep on hanging on.Have to get the mind set and don't seem to be able to do it for some reason.
I know if I step in front of a speeding vehicle the chances are real good I will die.So therefore I don't walk in front of speeding cars.
But I also know that if I don't get the weight off I will also die.Yet I continue to over eat.Doesn't make good sense does it.But yet so many of us do it.
And it really does not matter what other people say.Until we are really ready to get our butts in gear and do what we know we need to do we are not going to really listen to anyone.That is human nature.But knowing we have people that are behind us no matter what does help.We will never do it without support from our friends.
