Well my friends this day is not starting out too good for me.I woke up at 2:30 and could not get back to sleep.This is going to be a long long day.Starting the day off exhausted.Oh well.I guess it could be worse.But not sure how
I seem to be doing a litle better with my eating.We will see on Thursday.
We are going to see Janet Jackson tomorrow night.My two grand-daughters are very jealous that grandma is going.She is going to be in tampa and I have had tickets since January.I hate going to where she is performing.The parking is terrible and very hard to get out at end of night.I almost hope she cancells.

Oh ,I hate Mondays....The day before weigh in...which means i have to be exceptionally good. and I have been this week , excluding the salty ham and bacon bits.LOL Hopefully I wont retain water....but Im looking for some kind of loss.Anything.

Yall are so motivating...Sometimes I come in and read the post but dont write ,but Im thinking of yall and hoping youre having a good week..

I can't believe you girl. You are more active then I am and you are a grandma.LOL You get out a lot more then I do. I envy that in you. Wish I could just go out with john once a month by ourselves but he won't leave megan behind.LOL
Sounds like you are trying these days to get back on track. Keep up the great work. I bought some frozen lunch entrees today. Thought that they would be more filling then just a sandwich.

How is everything with you? Sounds like you have been real good lately. That is so encouraging to know that it can be done. I am sure you will have a loss this week. All your hard work will pay off I know it will. You will be at goal in no time.

I did great today on plan. I only had 25 1/2 pts. The max is 27 so that is good. My husband and I are doing the hollywood diet starting tomorrow for 48 hours. I will let you know how I do this time. The last time it was a pc of cake. No problem. I hope this time goes just as smooth for me. I need this to get off the extra weight quick then I go back to WW again on thursday weigh in day.

By the way for the old timers of the boards alannah is going to be returning to the the boards. She is back at work again now that school is in and she is ready to tackle the weight again and get busy posting to the boards. Lets all welcome her back when she gets here. She is struggling like a lot of us. We can do this if we stick together I know we can.
