Good morning, I keep saying I am going to sleep late and then I am up by 6:30 /7:00.But I guess it is all in how you look at it.It still beats getting up at 4.So I guess I am sleeping late after all.So far the weekend is going ok.
Am doing somewhat better at my eating.Do not seem to be gaining and that is a big plus.I am exercising everyday so that is good.
A friend gave us a bunch of dear meat and that is low in fat so I will be eating a lot of that.
