Default General TOPS questions

I have been considering joining TOPS for awhile now but I was curious of how the fees and such work. Also anyone from the Dayton/Spring City TN area that are enrolled in TOPS already? kimberly

Hi there Kimberly,

I think TOPS fees are the same everywhere, but even if they're not, I believe they're still very reasonable. I pay $24 for an annual fee, and $4 per month. We have weekly contests where you can win up to $4.

I like the low cost of it, because it's easier to be in this for a long period of time. I'd never be able to afford $11/week in Weight Watchers, and certainly not for however long it would take me to lose 140 pounds!

TOPS is an excellent program. It works very well for me. You can check out a meeting for free, and you can find one at:
http://www.tops.org/imisapps/Chapter...er_Locator.asp

If you check one out, come back and let us know what you think!

Phantastica,
Thanks for the link I went there and found the info and emailed the tops leader for the chapter. Looks like you are doing great on your weightloss journey or as I guess it should be called your lifestyle change. Hope im a fortunate as you to succeed. It is such a hard road to travel. I have family members that think you need desert after every dinner meal. I know it takes self control but when everyone else is eating cake you want it also. Hey you know the saying "Let them eat cake" but i think they left out a crucial part "Let them eat cake and get fat" Again thanks for the info. Kimberly
