Great Losses!
congrats on all the good losses - good job!!
I did not have a loss or a gain, the scale decided it did not want to move, so I can say I am pleased it did not increase, but it can be disappointing when you dont get a loss from the work you have done. But, I am looking at it in a good way, my body is trying to maintain what I have lost and adjusting itself.
I have a trip planned for the weekend, always hard to be good when you know you are gonna be eating out all weekend, and you can really get tired of salad and grilled chicken, it seems like these are our only options sometimes when you are eating out. I know we will be stopping at a couple fast food places, and of course all is fried there, what else can you choose from - any ideas? I have been told if you just get a kids meal you are not doing too bad because of the portion sizing difference? hoping not to snack too much, traveling makes me do that sometimes, boredom, or who knows what just seems normal to munch when you are traveling, why is that, still dont know.
Hope everyone is having a great week, I am hoping some of you will rub off and I will have a loss next week, but I know I better behave to get, how come nothing comes easy? darn it!
Hope the job interview went good for you, hope all who are busy are having fun, anyone else traveling and dealing with company, it seems like summer brings them all in doesn't it?
