Weekly Thread: May 21-27
Hello, everybody!
It has been a beautiful weekend in the midwest! It was my birthday Friday, so of course that warrants bad diet and exercise for ... um, like three days. And now, I have to weigh in Monday night and I think "OK, if I just eat celery sticks and water for the next two days ..." But not really. I'm going to eat a lot of vegetables and proteins (and water), because my birthday indulgence foods were high-fat, refined carbs and alcohol.
Sunday Menu
B: 1c yogurt + 1T almonds + 1 cubed mango + coffee w/milk
L: 2c pasta salad (pasta, salad dressing, eggplant, roasted red peppers, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts)
D: 1.5c turkey-vegetable soup, 5 oz steak, 1c lettuce/spinach salad w/fat-free dressing, 1 pc bread w/1 oz cheese, 2 glasses wine
S: 2 oz cheese
