Have you ladies incorporated exercise into your weightloss plan?

What do you do? I do 30 minutes a day, usually on my treadmill, I just can't seem to commit to anything more. Now that the weather is getting nicer here I'm hoping that outdoor activites will help me to get more physical activity.
Yesterday I thought I would go on the stationary bike for 30 minutes instead of the treadmill. We have had it for months and I have never been on it. Well, let me tell you ~ you use totally different muscles on that piece of equipment, then you do on the treadmill! I am soooooo sore today, espesially in the posterior region. Wow, I think I'll go back to the treadmill toay
