Sunday Thread
Hi all,
Well today is the last day of the weekend. We did it. We made it. I am doing great today. We went to a car show this morning and we ate lunch there. I only had a hamb without the bun. I was so proud of myself. I refused to go off my plan just because we were out. So I ate the hamb and it was so funny ordering a hamb and hot dog without the buns. Megan doesn't like rolls.LOL But they gave them to me anyway.
I am getting tired from all the exercise but it is paying off because my pants are feeling looser. So I am happy and that is motivating me to keep exercising. I did the buns of steal this morning and will do the aerobics tonight. I did my 2 workouts yesterday. It was funny because I was hungry before my workout last night and when I was done I wasn't hungry but I had popcorn instead.LOL With all the exercise I am doing I don't want my points to be too low. I want to lose and be healthy.
