Default Good morning

Just stopped by to say hello. The weather is beautiful here.
Summer- I had shorts onyesterday and the ac going
It is a little lonely here without my cat Simon but it is getting better. We were lucky to have him for a long time. but like I said.No more pets. When I got out of art class on Monday Bill had a big orchard plant in my back seat. To make me feel better. He is a keeper for sure. But we knew that already. He puts up with me .
I am doing better with my eating even tho I crave the comfort foods. I received the dvd I ordered and do it every night. It is a sitting toning tape.I do Richard Simmons "sit tight " in the morning. So I am trying to eat less and move more even if it is from a sitting position
Have a good day

I'm jealous! It's 32 degrees here and snowing! I shouldn't complain, though, it's been a warm Jan for upstate NY. Good goin on your new dvds. Keep it up.

Just thought I'd check in quick before my meeting. I will edit my post on the valentine challange thread with tonights results. Not sure how it will go.....but I will see

Eleni, Hey, you were in only shorts......and not the pool!!!! ROFLMAO!!!!! All right......we have almost 3 feet on the flat ground area, so you can imagine the piles next to the driveway. The county had the big maintainer equipment out today [sunny] making the streets wider and hopefully knocking down the piles at the corners so one can see traffic. The ski areas are having a blockbuster season. This is the weekend for the snow sculpting compitition at Breckenridge with teams coming from around the world. It's amazing how some pieces defy gravity..........but many have collapsed especially if it gets a bit too sunny or warm. They work on them for 5 days. I'll keep thinking of you in warm Florida! I need to check out some of those sitting videos also. So sorry to hear about your cat.....just as hard to lose a beloved pet as a family member. Here's a {{{{{hug}}}} for ya.

Lyn, hope you don't get too much of the white stuff. I see your having a challange with the scale also. Hang in there and we can do it. It's so easy to go over on the portion sizes....I know I do it alot. It's hard when one has to be constantly aware of what..and how much...goes in the mouth. I've been a KOPS twice and backslid this last time to more than 50 pounds. Not good and I really have to get my mindset back. I HATE feeling like this...physically it has been very hard on my body this time. Good luck at your next meeting.

Have a great evening everyone.....must run.........

Summer

Hello,
Just checking in myself. It's nice and sunny in Ohio today. It's suppossed to get to 50 degrees. I can do without the snow! That snow sculpting compitition sounds interesting though!

Eleni: Good for you for getting that tape. I'm going to tell a couple of ladies in my chapter about it so that maybe they will start moving too.

I have my meeting tonight. Not sure what the scales will do. I've not worked out all week due to a cold, but I have done very well with my food.

I'm going to look at it like that's the way it is and just get on with next week.

Susie

Hello Girls< I havent been posting much. MY family has been sick with the flu.. all seem to be doing better now. I did great last week... lost 3 lb... its still very challenging for me... but I am very committed to losing right now as my sons wedding is in July....hate to shop for a dress and have to buy a size 20....
Eleni, A friend of mine told me last night how warm it is down there. She lives close to Orlando I think... I should try to get down to see her one of these days.. Maybe after I retire next year. I love Richards tapes, I use his stretching to the classics...
Lyn.. Hang in there, you been doing so good.... I am rooting for you!!!
Summer, keep the snow there ok?? Im sure our ski areas are crying the blues, I do know my son in law has not been on his snowmobile.... Well before this gets any longer, take care all and talk soon... India
