I'm discouraged

- gained more than my share over the holiday - but determined to lose it and more. I just signed up for the Valentine's challenge so that should help. Sounds like you are planning some good workouts. Great. I'm going to the fitness center after work tonight. I really want ot be below 200 by my vacation to Mexico in Feb!
