My goal this week is to exercise everyday! I would like to have at least 3 days of gym workouts and the rest of the days walks with the kids. It's such a bonus walking with them because my six-year-old gets exercise riding his bike and my two-year-old gets to cheer us on! She is always chanting 'faster Mommy, faster'!! What motivation beats that??!!

I'm weighing in tonight so I'll reply on that later!

How did everyone do this weekend?

Shelly

Hi Sherri,
I'm glad we are trying the same plan. We can keep each other encouraged. My goal for today is to stick to my 24 points. I have used 4 for breakfast. I have also walked my 2 miles this morning.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Nita

Hi all,

I made it another day on plan. I ended with the max. of 27 pts.

It was high because I ended up eating at mcdonalds today
but tomorrow will be lower. I am not going out on the road for the day and will be home all day alone. It will be a very boring day spending the whole day on the phone.

Nita what is your points range? I am working with the 123 plan and I am at 20-27 pts a day

I am going to have a pork roast for dinner tomorrow so I will have very low pts tomorrow

My points range is 22-27. Today I had 24. Not being a member of WW, I really don't know the difference between the 123 success program and the winning points. If anyone knows, please tell me.
Thanks
Nita

Sherri....
I looked at my points finder today and it says Winning Points.
It only counts up to 4 'or more' on the fiber grams.
On the points for OR's 94% Fat-Free Smart popcorn, it lists 123sucess as 3 points and winning points as 4 points. So, I guess fiber count is one of the differences.
I stayed on plan again today, in fact I have a couple of points left, but DH and I rented a movie and watched it and I forgot to eat those points. I may add them to tomorrows points.

Way to go Eleni,

I knew you could it. Keep it up. Have those popsicles like christie said or some fruit.

Nita,

You are right it is the fiber that is the difference in the points for the 2 plans. The popcorn I have is the store brand and I used dotties offline calculator to figure the points. But that is for the 123 plan. So that is why I am sticking with that. It worked before so I am back to it again.

Way to goal for sticking to your points.

I was way over in points yesterday. I started out great but after lunch it went downhill.

I was hollered at by someone that I went to see to drop off information for my job yesterday. He was swearing at me and everything. It was very intense and I couldn't believe it. So that must have gotten me going because I was so nervous about it. Well more then I really realized I think.
Then I got home to pick up my daughter and she had a temp. of 103 and it was the first fever she has ever gotten in her life and she is 3 years old. I called the dr. and they said if it didn't go down then I was to take her to the ER and they were going to give her an IV. So I was very nervous about that. We ended up taking her to the dr and it was down thank god. She hasn't had another one. So that is good. The dr. said she would get another one last night but she didn't. So whatever it was is gone. So I ate a lot last night. I was really off schedule. But today is a new day. I am eating low carbs only because I know I lose weight fast doing it. And I am going to stick with low pts today. I am back on plan today.

Summer,

You are doing great with all your exercise. Keep it up. You will do great at weigh in.

Good luck to everyone on their goals today. We can do this.

Sherri

Angry

Tues and Wed I didn't hop on the bike but I did do 30 minutes of fast walking outdoors. I don't get to go out often, so I LOVED the fresh air and I felt wonderful. The eating still could be better, but it has improved. I only gained 1/4# tonight so I am still in leeway and I am so THANKFUL!!!!! I am getting back into the right mind set and it does feel awfully good to get out of that horrible slump.

Come on, Eleni, you CAN do it. Like Christie mentioned, remember those cool, wet popsicles. They are good!!

Sherri, I'm glad Megan is better and I know exactly where you are coming from about stress eating. Mine never ends and I constantly have to battle it. Megan will be running around again in no time, acting herself.

Nina, good for you with sticking with your points! Keep it up!

I'm only able to see the last 5 posts, so I can't comment on everyone else personally. BUT, if you're on this thread, I highly "congratulate" you for striving for healthier lifestyles. Let's go girls...............

TOPS hugs,
Summer

Good morning,
I'm up early this morning waiting for a shuttle launch to go up.
I didn't eat all my points again yesterday. I hope that it doesn't mess up the wendie plan too much. I got about 20 points and was supposed to have 27. I went to the Dr. and she ordered a lot of tests and I just didn't want to eat. I'm not worried about the tests, just wasn't hungry after that.

Sherri.... I hope your little daughter is feeling better. I remember what it is like to have a little one sick with a high fever. Let us know how she is doing.

Gotto go. It's time to wake up hubby for the launch.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Did not get in my exercise Thurs but I did today. Mowed a yard on a hill for an hour and had quite a sweat worked up, but it felt good. Trying to eat better, but I'm mostly concentrating on getting my body more active again right now! Hope everyone else is doing fine. Start thinking about your goal for next week!
