I was reading some posts on another site and was mention of this site. Have been here before but not to this particular topic. Figure it is about time!!! have been going to tops for almost a year and not doing anything great, lost about 11 lbs and have put it all back. due to health reasons i was loosing 1 lb to gain 1 or 2 the next due to extreme bloating. strangely enough my body has stopped the bloating for now but i am doing no better so it is time to get cracking again. no matter what i tell myself seems i dont' do well only for a few days.keep saying health, fitness, sexy whatever will click but hmmm so far nothing have read tghe dr phil book and really truly can't find out why i am doing this to me. not getting extra attention good or bad from my hubby or parents... oh well it has to stop so today i am starting again. hate that but better than saying oh well.
so here i am...
my name is Cindy am about 188 and 5'6" and want to get down to 140 even 150 if i was toned and fit. to me a number is nice but a health, fit looking body is better. so i will have to try to post and join in. see if this site helps as in the end it is up to me as we say if it is to be it is up to me.... so help and i will try really hard to help myself............ thanks tops pals.
