Morning guys!
Well this week has been SO much better than the last few
I know I am not half as stressed out...and I almost forgot what it felt like to just live life and not worry so much, I know my husband and kids like me a whole lot better when I am not so worried about exactally what I am gonna eat all week, Now I just buy good foods and fix them, Without tooo much math involved LOL

I hope everyone is having a great week this week and know I am rooting for each of you!!! Lets remember to put things into perspective and enjoy this weightloss journey and not dread it

Hi everyone!
Doing pretty good this week. Had a 3/4 lb. loss. Slowly but surely! I'm gearing up for my 5k walk tomorrow. It should be fun! My husband did the sweetest thing for me yesterday and I just have to share it! When I got home from my meeting, I told him I had a loss and he said he had a treat for me for the loss! The night before, the ice cream truck came by the house and he got me my favorite and saved it for me!! Boy it tasted good!!

Hello ladies!

Hope all of you don't mind me posting here so soon. I won't be re-joining TOPS until after my baby gets here in a few more weeks but I wanted to get acquainted with everyone before then. I'm SO READY to get back to TOPS and get this weight off. I'm at my highest weight ever and I can feel it. I've never been so uncomfortable in all my life.

Well you can guess whos not happy. Big ole me. Small gain of 1/4 lb . but that was enough to tear down my INJURED EGO, dull my senses ,satisfy my frustrated desires,,,and I did...
NOW ,its back to the grindstone.
