Hello,
I was able to get through yesterday with no more sugar. I threw the cupcakes in the trash. It helped to do that.

I've been drinking a ton of water to get that sugar out of there!

I'm going to be out of town at a conference on Tueday and Wednesday. I'll try to post on Wednesday when I get home. If not, I'll talk to you all on Thursday.

I'm going to take my food journal and feeling journal with me and use the time that I will have in the evenings to write more in them, and to read my magazines and catch up on things like that.

I will have to be careful with the food but the good thing is that I'll only have access to what they have for us and that's it.

I know I can stay on plan and I'm planning to succeed.

Good luck Susie.... Good girl.... I told my daughter, do not let me see the boxes of Girl Scout Cookies.. (they were behind the knife block) lol..... I think she said there were more boxes coming this week.... I weigh in tonite and to be honest, I havent been fully on the beach for almost 3 wks... I do believe I did a little bit better this past weekend... we had a luncheon and I just ate the meat and salad and veggies.. opps, I ate cheese cake too... I wonder if they were the lite style, didnt taste too sweet or fatty..... We are having an auction tonite to beef up the treasury a little bit.... they are always fun.... Everyone have a great day...
