Default Tackling Tuesday

Good morning,
Well, I'm feeling a little better this morning. Yesterday I was suffering from some sort of stomach aliment. I had been dealing with it since Friday night and I was really getting tired of feeling bad.

I've not really ate much of anything, but today I don't feel sick so that's a good start.

I'm afraid that I'll have a gain on Thursday because I tend to do that when I'm sick. I don't know if my body just goes into protection mode and hangs on to the calories that I am taking in. I'm just going to be very careful what I eat the next few days and start back on the water. I had a lot of rootbeer, it's not acidic and I can drink it, when I have a stomach ache I just can't do water and with IC, tea or coffee is not an option.

My interview is today at 11:30 a.m. I'm excited and scared at the same time.

I'm hoping to make it to Pilates tonight. If not that I will at least walk. I've got to move this body.

How's everyone else doing?

Susie, good luck with the interview! Take it easy with Pilates if you go tonight, your body is still in "repair" mode from your illness.

I feel okay, just feel like "nesting" a bit...It's not PMS, but it's gloomy outside and I have the desire to just lay on the couch and read/surf the net! It's strange but I have NO appetite! I really had to make myself eat a small breakfast around 10am just to get something in so the cravings don't become a problem later (I like to keep my blood sugar stable to prvent mindless eating later on). Do any of you ever feel like you just don't want to eat? Maybe I'll treat myself to a soup and salad at the local veg restaurant later, just to get out of the house and get a good salad in. I'm not sure...I just want to stay on the couch! I *am* looking forward to "The Biggest Loser" tonight I weigh-in at TOPS tomorrow and am hoping that the scale says what it did this morning after I taught my yoga class!
