Default Food in the Workplace

Hi everyone. I am new to this site, but not to TOPS. I have been a member since November and did well in the beginning, but have slacked off - not going to meetings on a regular basis and have almost gained my weight back. Hence my name: JigglyJan. When I lose something to brag about, I'll change it to a more appropriate one.

BUT - I AM BACK!!!

I now know that getting the support at the meetings and having the ladies help with ideas, recipes, and yes, even exercise tips really pays off.

Any suggestions on how to win the battle against food in the workplace. We always have food around here - good food - and I just can't pass it up. I have tried eating a bigger breakfast so that I would be full, but it doesn't help. Ideas??

Default Welcome aboard Jan!

Well I know how you feel... Where I work there are chips by the register and candybars...UUG! But I try hard to stay away..I have been packing a cooler full of grapes and a healthy sandwich or other fruits and it really seems to help alot...that way I dont feel deprived and can still snack with my friends on breaks... Hope that helps .... I know you can beat this problem... Please feel free to join in with us on our daily threads ...we would love to have you!!!
