Okay, I'm joining up for the Turkey Day Challenge! My exercise for yesterday was an hour on the elliptical and then a 25 minute full-body strength training session. (whew--I'm sore today!) and today I did 40 min. on the elliptical and 20 minutes (hard!) on the treadmill. Yay for early morning exercise!
So far, I've walked just over a mile this morning...but, realized, I need new shoes :P. The arch support isn't made for brisk walking, I don't think. Anyhow..I will do some cardio after picking up my kiddo*promise*
I am SO motivated ladies...this Body for life way of eating anf exercising is working and I am gonna post some pics to show just how 3 1/2 weeks of exercise really does make a difference Lets keep it up ladies!!!
