Christie,
Thank you for being concerned. Of course it's your business - in my opinion if Im posting something on here I guess I am pretty much makin it others business
As for am I feeling ok....to be quite honest I have been extremely stressed out this week - just got my work permit in the mail on monday so I am in the process of finding a job/applying for SIN#/getting drivers license/MB health care.
On top of that I have just been feeling pretty crappy about myself - mainly my poor choice in food selection. I know I would feel better about eating if I ate better foods - but even when I eat better foods I still feel guilty for eating. I know that I need to eat in order to keep my metabolism going in order to lose weight however I am just in the dumps lately. Feeling a little blue thats all. Plus I need to go grocery shopping - Im going to attempt to do the sugar busters way of eating.
It has just been a crazy week - stressful - hopefully next week will be better. And please don't hesitate to comment on my menus/exercise - sometimes I feel like i dont know what the heck im doing right or wrong!
Thanks again for caring,
Kari

Kari- Hey sis, I am here for ya...I understand what your going through and I am sure you will get the job you need soon, hang in there, It will work out As far as the Sugar Busters way of life...I loved it!! I did it a few years ago and lost 60 pounds in about 9 months...it is just a good way of eating and VERY healthy I was gonna go back on it myself, but my hubby wanted to try Body for life so I figured I would give it a shot, and well I like it too...especially eating 6 times a day LOL, I can handle that!!! Anyway know I am here for you if you need me...and you will be in my thoughts and prayers Take care of yourself...your the only you we have
