This board is getting slower and slower. And I am quilty of not coming here too. Not much new going on. I had some medical problems but that is improved. I am still on the South Beach. Not gaining but feel better.The losing slowed up.
Hubby did so good doc decreased his meds. Of course he is a little squirt. But he lost about 23# and looks good.The best part he says is being able to tie shoes and still breathe. I am looking forward to that day
I have started working on de cluttering the house. I joined the "Flylady web site." And it is helping. I am not much of a housekeeper as I hate it so bad.But I am getting better. Bill said he was afraid to look in trash can and see what I threw away
I am back exercising. Had to stop for a few days. I am so grateful to have the pool as there is always a breeze in back yard.The heat is unbearable now.I stay close to Ac.

I am hoping that when the fall comes we will all be here more. I think with the summer and nice weather everyone is out enjoying it... I hope

I hit the gym today for the 4th time this week and feel great. I didn't do the pool but alot of people did!

It is nice to hear Bill is off some of his meds!

I am guilty of not getting online like I used too but as Penny mentioned ...come winter and school starts back I will be on more I have been getting ready for Sherri's visit, it is hard to believe she will be here Monday, this board has brought so many good people to my life, I am so thankful to have met all of you Well I guess I had better run off and spend some time with Megan...Been busy cleaning up all day and she needs some mommy time

Yesterday was a good day.Hopefully so will today. The sun is shining and birds are singing. I am heading out to pool in a few minutes.Have to do it first thing or we know what will happen.I won't exercise.
Have been on a decluttering kick.A friend introduced me to the flylady site. Will see how long I last. I am such a slob at heart.
Have a great day. Today is a good day to rest and enjoy your family. And don't forget hubby. Young mothers have their hands full with the children and sometimes daddy gets left out. Have a great day

I hope you get out to the pool! I'm glad it is a beautiful day in Florida! Louisiana is not to shabby together either. I think I might get outside again today and weed in my garden.

Hello Girls.... Im also among the guilty missing..... Sounds like life is rolling along for everyone... I have to tell you Eleni, I did start the Southbeach diet this past two weeks, both my daughter and I lost 10 lb in two weeks. This past week I kinda fell off the wagon.... I am not sure If I will show a gain tonite or not.... Hopefully, I will turtle.... I think your right Penny, people have more time to post after the hectic summer months, If you dont remember me Penny, I joined the Tops Forum just about the time you quit posting ..... I really enjoy reading all the girls have to offer and they have given me a lot of encouragement and different ideas for our Tops group... Take care all and have a great month.... India
