Good Morning all My scale was still down this morning at 4:15 so I hope it doesn't up up too much today before I weigh in.I was starting to think it was never going to move.
Sounds like most of you really are working on your plans.It is a shame it has to be so hard.It is for me anyway.

I have been making covers for our TOPS bankbook and I mis measured just a hair.They will still work but will be a tight squeeze.Makes the day pass at work.As long as I don't get caught and then I will have to stop Really have to go.Hope Everyone has a good day

My husband slept through his alarm, and so did I. I went to bed after midnight. Woke up at 2:30, and fell back to sleep. I woke him up at 6:00 he usually leaves at 5ish. We were all up late last night. Got ready for bed, and the phone rang. Sister in law #1 is having car problems, wanted me to take her to thearpy this morning. She's getting mom's van and picking us up. Sister in law #2 had her truck stoling out of her yard sometime Tuesday night (she's the one getting married). Ahhhhhh when it rains it pours.
Nail appointment today, tux, and a bunch.

Hey Ladies,

I feel great today. This somersizing thing is really working for me. I can't believe it. My scale is down 6 lbs since monday. I know I won't lose 6 lbs tonight because there is a difference in our scales. But I might end up with a 1 lb loss hopefully. I am sticking to this one. It gets hard sometimes but I can do this. I think I might reach my goal if I stick with this. I think I finally found something that is working for me. Cutting out all the carbs/sugar is really making the scale move.

That is great that you are making covers for your tops chapter for the charts. Great idea. If you dress them up then maybe people will use them. Congratulations on your scale being down. I knew you could do it. And yes it is very hard.

Good luck with all the wedding stuff today. Sounds like you have a busy day. That is terrible that someone stole their vehicle right out of their yard. I couldn't imagine. Do they live in the city? Have a great day on plan.

Hey Ladies! Well I put up my scale. I am tired of getting on it all day. I think I will do better if I don't have it there and I am going to measure myself today. I don't measure but once a month and somehow that is not addicting to me......lol Well I have to go to work! My hubby is coming home tonight.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to pop in and say hi. I have been reading everyday but haven't posted much. Whether it is real or imagined...I just haven't really felt like I was part of the group and didn't really know if I was wanted around or not. Anyways.....figured I would post again and see how I feel.

Eleni.....that is great that you are making the covers for the TOPS books. How is your weather now? Have the storms stopped. Good luck with your weigh in tonight.

Wendy....hope the wedding goes well. There is a lot of work getting ready. I hope the weather co-operates too.

Sherri......good luck with weigh in. I tried low carbing and I got really sick. I lasted for several months but my doctor pulled me off because it wasn't right for me. If it works for you....that is great because we all have to find the right plan for us.

Penny.....it is hard to not get on the scale. I get on too much but the one thing it has shown me is the fluctuations in weight. I don't like having a gain but if the scale shows me up 5 pounds....I know it isn't a true 5 pound gain and I have learned how the body weight changes. It isn't good to get on too much, either....I know that.

I went to my meeting last night but just to weigh in. I had been hoping to stay but we were cat and bird sitting for a friend and she moved into her house last night and I wanted to take the animals back to her. I was down 2.25 pounds but that is since May 16 since I last went. I was talking to them last night and at least it wasn't a big gain even tho I haven't been going to meetings. They thought it was okay. We had a bad storm last night. It has been really dry here and we have had rain since Monday. Yesterday...not a lot but it got really bad about 4:50 pm. There was hail for about 20 minutes and thunder that didn't stop for about half an hour. Usually there is a bit of a break but no break in the thunder. The hail is still in patches like snow.....it was quite the storm.

I guess I better get going and get things done so I can get to work. Hope everyone has a great day and to everyone who is weighing in tonight....good luck.

Hi Marie,

Of course you are wanted here. I try to answer everyone's post but sometimes it is hard. I get cut short on time. I have been very excited because christie has been helping me with the somersizing and I have been helping penny with it. So I have been concentrating on that. My scale is finally coming down after 3 moths so I am really focusing on this and putting my full attention to it. I am sorry if I missed you and didn't answer you.

I know you don't post everyday. But I will say hi to you even if you don't post so that when you are reading the posts you will know that I am thinking of you.

You have done such a great job at losing weight so far. I am so proud of you. That is great that you had another loss. That is an accomplishment because for all the meetings you missed you could have had a gain and you didn't. You stuck with your plan and came in with another loss.

Did you have anymore people looking at your house? Did you decide not to sell or are you still selling? Let me know.

You have a great day and kick off the week right and stay on plan. You are doing great and you are missed here when you don't post. I have been trying to post everyday myself because I wasn't posting that much myself. But I need you guys and you are the reason why I am still here and didn't give up.

Don't ever think you are not part of the group. I think we are all friends and it is great to have so many nice friends that you can count on to help you out and for me to help you all out also. It is a two way street as far as I am concerned. We help each other that is how we are all going to succeed one day.

Marie ,Of course you belong here.I have not had the time to address everyone personally.But I wear a charm that Sherri sent me everyday and it reminds me of all the wonderful ladies from 3fc'c.
I have taken a picture frame and put everyones picture that I have gotten of 3fc tops.Some were sent to me and some I scanned like yours.You are in my picture frame and on my mind.I have more time for writing now than the boards.In fact you will be hearing from me soon.
To anyone else that I may have neglected to call by name -Please understand I just have not had time and if I offended or hurt anyone's feeling--I am very sorry.You are all important to me and an inspiration to me.

I had a loss tonight. I am very happy. I lost 1/4 lb tonight. It is the first loss I have had in probably 6 weeks. I didn't go back and count the weeks. But I do know it has been a long time. I am on my way again.

Christian we didn't have a meeting tonight really. They had the executive meeting tonight and once a month we only have roll call. I don't think that is right but what can you do. That is the way it is. I feel that if we are going to go and pay our money their should be some kind of meeting and program every week. Then have the executive meeting after the tops meeting. But that is only my opinion.

I like the idea of the week but only if it is with the people here on the boards that I know. I don't do chat rooms. But if it was a room just for us then I wouldn't mind.

I don't like them because every time in the past that I have gone in one to talk to someone all they want to talk about is sex. I hate that. Plus you never know who you are talking to either. But if it was just us that would be a different story.
