Penny Don't beat yourself up over gaining.We have all done it including beating ourselves up. It is so amazing how fast it can come back on.Then it takes us forever to get it off. But we know it can be done.
The SB is the "in" diet right now.And for a good reason.It is a good healthy sensible diet that many doctors are recommending.. It works different for different people.Some lose good right away and some are slower.But if you eat like it tells you to the pounds will slowly come off.And you will feel better.Just have to get it time .
But there are other good ones too like WW which works wonders for some people. Just find the one that works for you.If you did SB before and it worked that would be a good starting point.
I am a little under the weather today.Did go into pool to exercise but didn't stay long.Pool was cool and it was cloudy which made me feel colder plus I just didn't feel good. I decided it was best for me to rest and take it easy today.My scale is all over place so no telling where it will be Thursday.
I am making me a big pot of chopped up cabbage,chicken broth with a lot of garlic thrown in soup. Will soothe the throat and chicken broth always tastes good with a cold. And I don't have to put my teeth in to eat it
