Hello girls,
Sorry I haven't been here in a few days. Life has really been cutting into my play time.
I had a little trip to the hospital, but all is well.
I know with my weight program I'm in a very dangerous place I've been eating too much and this week I only lost .50 pounds. Not a very good start on the 2 pounds a week I put down for the challenge. I have to really get down to business TODAY!! I know at least some of you must know what I'm talking about getting to a dangerous place. The place where you don't really decide to go back to eating, but you just ease into it. I CANNOT DO THAT!!!!
Yesterday I had a great time at a workshop or fun day. I didn't get any awards because I just joined in March. I did win a door prize though. Not one thing in the bag I could use, but still was fun to win. Only 3 of us went, both the other girls got awards for different things. One won the dress up contest. The theme was "Sail aweigh to Kops Island". There will be another one Aug. 13th. I should win some awards then. And the theme is "Beach Fun". I already plan to enter the dress up contest. I'm going to get a tee shirt, if I can find one that is big enough for me, one that had the great body with the bikini. I'm going to paint it if I can find one. I'm going to paint on the top of the front....Tops... and in the back just above the butt I'm going to paint "Bottoms". I'll put some of that zinc white stuff on my nose, sun glasses, swim shoes and a visor hat. Will I look stupid or what??? But there I can risk it, in real life I can't.
Congrats to all who lost weight last week and for those who didn't do just as they would have liked, better luck this coming week.
