Thumbs up Friday April 29

Last night was weigh in night and I lost 2 1/2 pounds. We had a great time at the party after our meeting. Our new Kops got some nice gifts and we had some really good food that wasn't fattening. We are going to give each new Kops a party. I'm looking forward to mine.
You know I came in here and posted last night and it wasn't there this morning, wonder what I done wrong, or just where it went.

Sherri...I keep a food chart everyday. Maybe I won't have to always do it, but for now I need to keep track of what I am eating. Besides we get 10 points a week in the contest we have going for a food chart. Sure hope you get your stomach problems fixed. Hubby has them and it can be a real problem.

Hotcupojava...You go girl with the exercise, that will all work in your favor in the long run. I wish I could walk a 1/2 mile. Maybe I can by the time I've lost 50 pounds.

Red face Hi Gals

Well, Wednesday I walked at work and yesterday I did one mile of one of my WATP (Walk Away The Pounds) tapes, but today I'm thinking "NAP". I'm having some "female troubles". I guess that could mean an even better weight loss, come Monday's weigh in. Or I guess it could be another gain. We shall see. I'll keep my food and water OP and try my best to exercise until then.

Here's hoping everyone has a great OP week end. Our weather here in Wild and wonderful West Virginia has been whacky and weird to say the least. Whew, all those W's has my tongue tied in knots.

Hello,
I had another really busy day, but I think I'm getting to the place that I might have things in order again...at least until I go in on Monday. My job is very hetic. I knew it would be when I took it. What's killing me is that I'm handling 2 territories--midwest and west. They are looking to hire a west claims person, but can't seem to find the right person for the job. My Western Sales Reps don't want to loose me. They say I'm doing a great job (so do my midwest reps). I'm trying my hardest, but it's starting to get to me. Just trying to keep the paperwork straight. I'm usually very organized, and I am now, it's just that it takes a lot of time to keep it that way.

Tomorrow morning I'm meeting my TOPS area coordinator along with 3 other women to plan a TOPS walk. I'm very excited about being a part of this.

Know what else I need to get excited about? Getting this weight off. I want to..but I'm in the frame of mind, that I'll start tomorrow. Well, tomorrow I am starting. I need some accountability here ladies...don't let me get by with not starting and staying the track. I really need your help!

Thanks!

Sherri: We've got to get back to the basics don't we? I'm going back to writing my food down and no darn sweets. Right now I can't seem to do them in moderation. So, I won't do them at all. They seem to set me up for a binge.

HotCup: Did you get the nap in. A nap sounds wonderful!

Belle: Congrat's on your weight loss. You are doing great. Keep up the good work!
Susie
