My food, water AND exercise have been excellent, but my evil scale at home is still showing that I'm up. I'm not letting it get me down, because I know I'm living and moving right. My leg is much better. Obviously just a strain and not an actual pull or injury. Flat feet or not, maybe I should wear shoes when I work out with my insane sister. LOL.
Last night I walked way over 1 1/2 miles at work on my lunch break and today I did one mile of the WATP, and I used hand weights instead of the belt. My water is good again. Maybe it'll come off later in the week, hey, as long as it's before Monday's weigh in, I'll be happy.
