I joined TOPS yesterday (Monday). I went last Monday for the "free" check it out meeting. I weighed in rather high (but it was late in the day and I left my shoes and jacket on), I'll just use it as a starting weight. Not sure what to say really, just wanted to connect with another TOPS member somehwere. Maybe get some pointers and heads up. I'm not new to dieting nor 3FC, just new to TOPS.
