I hope that you all have a great TGIF today. I've got a busy next few days ahead of me. I've had a loss two weeks in a row now. Hoping to make it three weeks in a row come next Wednesday.

Well ladies I did it...I went back to my Tops group and rejoined I wish I had never left in the first place as I know I would have had a much harder time putting all that food in my mouth I did through the holidays....BUT the important thing is that I am back and ready to go at this again and get back the Kops status I lost 2 years ago

Wendy- I never did get to tell you what plan I am on... I was on Body for Life and loved it but have kinda modified it to a few less carbs, seems to be working faster this way. What plan do you follow??

Hello to all. Penny I am so sorry for all your family is going theu.It is always sad to see anyone ill but children just seem worse.
Christian I am glad you are going back to TOPS. As much as I like this board I do believe we should also be part of a chapter. I am doing ok.Some days are better than others. I have delagated a lot of stuff at TOPS so it is easier for me.
I am trying to get back on track but it is slow go so far. I have gained a lot back but I am still at it.
Today is a windy day but still not bad.It looks like we might get some rain.

I am sorry to hear about Brads cousin. If it is her time at least she will be with the angels at last. It doesn't make it any easier. I am still saying prayers for your family and for her. She is in Gods hands girl. Keep us informed. We are here for you girl.

I am glad that you rejoined tops. I am going to start a weightloss support group. I am thinking about making it a tops group. Don't know the first thing about starting it though. I always loved the tops way and what it represents. Just don't have a good group around here. I will have to find out if they still have the group I was in. But that is ok because it is in a different town. So I think I would be ok to start one here. Don't know. I will have to ask Eleni and Summer about it.

Sorry I didn't get to talk to you today. I was busy doing my chores. Got my room done today and bed changed and furniture dusted. Wanted to keep up with the missions from flylady. Plus I had to go to the credit union today and Jesse was up most of the day. So I didn't get any time for me today. I took megan to the library tonight after school. We plan to start going on fridays after school every week. I think it might help her reading. I will catch up with you this weekend.

Hey mom I will call you to find out more about possibly starting a tops group of my own. I know summer always said that I should. Maybe I will. Hope all is well with you.

As for me I am not doing good at all. I start the day saying this is the day I am going to follow my plan and I still end up messing up. I think it is because the food is too easily to get to. Not that we have a lot here to eat but just the same I am not doing good. I did get a book out of the library today to start reading by Dr. Phil about finding the real you. I don't think I have really found the real me yet. I have a lot to explore within me and I am ready to start. Plus starting to read will help to keep me busy while the kids sleep. My house is in order and I am working on it daily so I don't have a lot of housework to do so this weekend I will have lots of free time. I went from being so busy I didn't have time to breathe to having very little to do.
I need to change the time and possibly the day I go to WW now. The girl that used to watch megan before school for me when I went just got a job today that starts on monday and she won't be there. So I am not sure when I will go now.
I don't know what my problem is girl and I need help. I have this wonderful gift to be able to go to WW and I need to go. I have the ability to be home now and the control of what we eat because I am doing the cooking again. I think I need to start yelling at myself again and get stronger against the overeating.
I know you guys have been in this boat before. What should I do and someone out there give me a good kick in the *@*@*@* to jumpstart me again. I know I have what it takes to do this. Like we said yesterday we make it so hard. When really it is easy. I don't think I am living life to the fullest right now. Maybe that is the problem. That is why I need something of my own. The more I think about it the more I like the idea of starting a group. I will see what kind of response I get from my ad. Hopefully I will get people that want to join then I will go from there once I get people joined up. I have a lot of homework to do in order to start the group as a TOPS group.

Well I am going to go for now I will check out the TOPS site and see if I can find any info there on starting a group.

Sherri I just sent my coordinator a note asking what you need to do. I am pretty sure you will have to get in touch with the coordinator in your area for starters. She /he will take you thru the steps. I do know there are chapters as small as 5 or 6 people. I will get back to you

Sherri, do you have TOPS Area Captains in your state? If so, they can be a big help. As Eleni said, your coordinator can give you the info you need. You can also go to tops.org. for info.

Sherri This is what my coordinator said " The best thing for her to do is to call the 800 number and tell them she wants to start a chapter in New York. They will put her in contact with the coordinator up there. " Also you can go to tops site and put your zip code in and it will show chapters but it will also show you the coordinator.Hope this helps

I was so nervous I was going to gain this week, but I went the other way. I lost 2½ lbs since last week. I tied with another member for the most lost this past week...WOOHOO
