Hi Ladies! I hope everyone is doing ok this week. The challenge is almost half over! Memorial Day will be here before we know it! I know alot of us are not doing so great on it. And I want to help! Whatever I can do to help everyone reach there goals, I will!!!! I just want to see all of us lose this weight together. I think the board is so slow because we are not eating and exercising as well as we should be. I am not pointing any fingers because I am as guilty as the next. I just want us to get back on here and back on track. I want to come in with a big loss for this challenge and I need your help!!!!! YOUR FRIEND!!!!! PENNY

Hi All,
Just read a post on another thread that really got to me . Check out 'support' then 'thru thick and thin #27" look for a post on May 9th by 2cute2Bfat. I think we all need to be shook up sometimes to get back to making our healty eating a priority.

All any of us can do is try our best.If some don't make this challenge,they will the next.The challenges are good goal setters.Sometimes the boards are slow because people are real busy for one reason or another.And all they have time to do is read the post.The post do get read more than replied to.Now I have got to go find those posts Nita is talking about and then to bed I go

Hey Nita! Thank you so much for posting the post about 2cute. I saw it earlier but never read it. But now I am very glad that I did. I tell you I have never cried about something someone has wrote until now. I can't tell you how much my heart went out for her and all of you! Yes, just do your best! And I am too! If you have not read it, please go! It is a incredible post!!!!

Hi all,

I have to read that post as well. I have no idea what it is all about. But I will check it out. I am supposed to be making free passes for our group for tomorrow night. I was supposed to bring them last week and I forgot to do them. So I have to do them tonight. I will print them out tomorrow.

Anyway,

Penny keep your head held high you are doing great. You could be in my shoes and have a gain every week. Keep up the great work. And keep busy after work. I will call you tomorrow.

I hope everything is going good for you as well. I know you have changed your eating habits this week and added some more exercise to your routine. You should have a great loss this week.

I have had a terrible week. I am trying to count calories and it isn't working for me at all. I spent an hour last night trying to figure out what I could eat for today to stay within the cal and fat gram for the day. I was high on one then the other. I couldn't get them to be where they both should be. Then I spent another 30 min this morning figuring out what to have for breakfast and figuring out the exchanges for what I have to have for cal in a day.

This is so time consuming. I really don't have the time for that. I barely have time to breathe lately. So I am going to go back to what I was going to do this week starting saturday. Today I ate everything in site. It is mentally frustrating. Being told I have to eat more to lose weight then I go overboard and eat everything. So no I am having a terrible week on plan. I have to find a new way of doing this. I have been doing the same thing for so long it just isn't working anymore. I am also upset because I know that I am not going to meet my goal again.
So I am just going to the pts and keep the carbs very low and see what happens for next week.

I need all the help I can get to get this under control and have the scale start going down again. At this rate I will gain back what I have lost and I don't want to do that.
