Why haven't you exercised? You have to do this. That is how you keep losing the weight. Get back on track with your plan. You were doing so well. How is the eating going?
I did okay today with the calories. I was over by 45 cal. and I did have an ice cream cone today. I am having trouble finding what to eat to stay within both the calories and the fat grams. I can do one but it is hard to do both. It is so different counting calories. But I won't give up on it. I will give it a real try.
