Default Wednesday

Morning ladies,

Susie sounds like you are doing awesome. Glad you had a great workout. I am with you it seems like time is overwhelming me and controlling me instead of the other way around. You are doing great keep up the great work.

Coco,

Did you make it to your meeting last night. That is great that you have to show your journal to the leader. It will really make you conscious of what you eat because you know you will have to report it to her. You will have a great loss this week with that in mind. You can do this. Try taking baby steps. You should really join the flylady.net team. I know it has helped me a lot and they really help you organize your life as well as your home. Check it out. I learned about that from Penny. It really makes a difference when you put that plan into motion as well. I know the days were slowing down and I actually accomplished things when I went by what they said the little chores and routines they give you. You don't have to do what you don't want to do. I only do parts of it because I am not home all day. But you could really benefit seeing you are at home. Let me know.

As for me I weighed in this morning and I am down another 1.2 lbs this week. I am happy with that seeing how the scale was up from the christmas party I went to on saturday. I have our family christmas party to go to this saturday. So there will be lots of food there as well. I will try to focus on the visiting and having fun instead of the food.
I called the Dr yesterday because the day before the dizzy spells I have been having started to become nonstop. So they put me on medicine for dizzyness that is for Virtago. They think I might have that. If this medicine doesn't make a difference in 4-5 days then they will schedule me for a CT Scan and more testing. It is kind of scary to deal with being dizzy all the time. It is everytime I move my head, body, blink or just to drink water makes me dizzy. I can't take time off work. We are in the process of moving the office back to where we were before. There is more space there and no one living there. I will have my own office. They tore apart the living room yesterday to put up new insulation in the walls and sheetrock. I hope they do my office the dark brown panaling is dark and the rug is grossly dirty. I am ready to tear that up. He said if the guy doing the work today has the time and it won't be too time consuming they might tear the walls down in there as well. If not they will do it in the middle of summer. He just wants to get over there and I can't blame him we don't have enough room here. So I have been so busy with that.

Have a great day it is time to start work.

Default Hi

Hi Ladies
Just checking in.Went to TOPS last night. On their scales I stayed the same. But on Monday eve I had gained 1/2 lb. Not sure if I could have lost that overnight or not. Oh well. Will take it anyway.
The eating today has been the pits. I am over by aobut 5 points. So I will have to be really good tomorrow. Went today and got some apples and oranges. And some stuff to make salad. So that should help. But Saturday will be a hard day. We are going to a cover dish dinner. So I am thinking of stuff I can fix that I can have. Thought maybe even if I ate some fruit before I went that would help. I know I am going to try and stay away from the desserts. That is my goal for that day. No dessert.
Sherri my dad gets the dizzy feeling sometimes. He cant even drive. He takes some kind of med for it. But I cant remember what it is called. He dont have to take it all the time. Just when he has the dizzy spell. Usually it clears up for him in a couple of days. So I hope you clear up real soon. And get to feeling better. Take care of yourself. For the site you were talking about. Do I just type in flylady.net. I need all the help I can get right now.
Well everyone. I am thinking of all of you. Hope everyone had a wonderful day. Will try and check in tomorrow. Got a pretty busy day. So take care everyone.
A TOPS PAL

Hello,
It's a late night check in for me. I was busy all day at work training the temp who will be taking care of some of my duties when i leave my job tomorrow.

I'm freaking out now that's it's time to leave. I'm really going to miss everyone and I don't want to boost, but I'm really good at what I do there! I know it's just a case of the nerves. I'm excited when I think about the new place. I start there on Monday; I'm only taking Friday off.

I know I'm going to cry tomorrow. There is just no way around it. I almost cried last night when I took my pictures home with me.

I'm doing ok with not stress eating and I'm doing my workouts, but I really do think that stress can make you gain weight just because your body holds on to everything when a person is stressed out. I hope I'm down tomorrow at my weigh-in, but I won't be surprised if I'm not.

Sherri: I hope the dizziness gets better. I'll say a prayer for you.

Coco: I'd say take the 1/2 lb loss; no questions asked!

Ok ladies, I'm headed to bed.

See you sometime tomorrow.

Susie
