Good morning all.Please be sure and read the message I put in here that says {ImportantPlease read}
I am doing good .By my scales I have lost the gain I had last week.But since my leg was swollen on Thursday and that usually means I am retaining water.So part of gain was water.But I have changed my eating somewhat and am back exercising.I even did a 10 min walk at work walking back and forth across the room.I was going to try to swim laps this morning but will have to wait for solar panels to warm it up some.
My hubby is real sick with the flu.Hope I don't get it.
I have been reading that poems "Starting Over" and the one called "One day at a Time "and the one called "Success" everyday and it seems to help.I am off again today.Have a strange schedule this coming week.He also has me working both days of the weekend and I am not happy about that.Well I need to go exercise.If I don't do it first thing on days off I tend to skip it.Will check back later

Hi Eleni! I had a really full day yesterday. We had a garage sale, birthday party, fitting for the wedding, and bacholerette party all in the same day I was running around like i was a mad woman all day. But everything was done. I was kind of disappointed at the fitting. I tried on my dress about a month ago or more and it fit perfect. Well, it still perfect yesterday. I was hoping they would have to take it up some but it was still fine. Oh well....

I will hopefully walk in a minute but right now I am cleaning while everyone else is snoozing so I will check in later Bye everyone have a great day Penny

Default Sunday

Well all is ok here. Getting ready to go for a walk. My husband got up and decided to take the floor apart.
So needless to say, everything is a mess. I'm trying to get some things done.
That's about it. Gotta go
