Good morning all,Just stopping by quickly as I have to leave fo work.Yesterday was my day off and it was a busy one.Need to go to work so I can rest.
I did really good yesterday.Better than in a long time.Hopefully it will continue.
I am keeping a food diary [ which I hate doing almost as much as I hate drinking water}I am keeping an exercise dairy and continuing with just a daily journal.Changing what I eat some.Going back to tuna fish for lunch.Cutting back on bread and potatoes.I can do almost anything for a short time.The test is to do it non stop and get this weight off.
To those who are losing---Hooray,hooray.You go girls.You are doing great
To those like myself who have not been doing too good--hang in there and keep searching for what will work for you.Because there is something that will work for each of us.It may just take us awhile to get the right combo

Hi Eleni,

I am ready to tackle this week again. I am back on track. I am watching my carb intake very carefully this week.
That is great that you did so well yesterday. I know you can keep it up. You want to reach your goal and you will. Keep up the great work. Glad you can rest up at work.

I am going for a walk later and I will do my strength training now when I am done here. Last night we had chineese. No good I know. But that was my day off. I am back on track again today and for the rest of the week. Here's hoping for a loss this week. I will try again.

Hello everyone,

I just thought I would pop in and say hi. I didn't make it to my meeting this week....I just couldn't. I am taking some time to relax this weekend. I am ready for a break. We had someone come over this morning and aerate and power rake our lawn. Now we are getting some much needed rain. I am so glad it is raining....it has been so dry.

Eleni......we will do this together. I think the food diary is really important. I find I slip a lot more when I don't write everything down.

Sherri......sounds like you are getting things together too. I hope I can start. I love chinese food as well but I don't like eating it too much.

I am doing a cleanse this week so will see if I feel any better. I bought one of the kits so I have to take herbs as well as change my eating but I thought it would be good. I tried one a few years ago but the things I had to take made me sick. Plus the food you could eat was really restrictive. Will let you know how this one goes.

I better go. My husband is waiting for the internet connection. Will check back later today or tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a great day.

Default Sat.

Not much been going on here. Trying hard to stay on program. I did a few things this morning, and then I didn't get home until after 5, so I'm way behind on eating. That is usually one of my problems, I don't eat until my sugar is so low that I stuff it with the wrong stuff. So while my husband makes dinner, i'm gonna eat some carrots.
Laid off the exercise yesterday. Not sure about today.
But have all intensions of taking the road tomorrow.
And of course on Monday.
