Put me down for zero this week. I stayed the same. And I was very happy for that. After walking in new shoes (that felt wonderful at first) last week, I had blisters the size of quarters on both heels. So needless to say, there was no other walking for the week. I'm ready to get back out there and beat the pavement.

Weigh-in went much better than expected...I lost 1 3/4#'s. Truly can't believe it, but I saw it with my own eyeballs.

I am going in the wrong direction.....have to start off the challenge with a 1.5 pound gain. Hopefully it will be gone by next week.

Hey Ladies! Congrats to all the losses! I, myself, will probably gain but I am getting back on track this weekend!

Default Oh here goes...

I came in with a 3/4 pound gain last night, BUT I tried really hard this past week so I am not gonna get tooo discouraged, I will work just a tad harder this coming week and I will show a loss for sure , I am still in my lee-way so I will be ok. I have SRD this weekend in Joplin... we leave Thursday and stay till Sunday so it should be an adventure, It will be my first SRD since I joined Tops last May, I dont get to graduate Kops there till next year though on account of not getting it till January this year but I will have fun watching everyone else Well guys I guess I better get up and get a shower, its gonna be a busy day here, got lots to do ...

Hi Everyone,

I didn't do good at all. I came in with a 3/4 lb gain this week. I really tried hard all week to.

I did get discouraged and I ate all day and all night. But I am ready for tomorrow and the rest of the week. Wallowing in self pity isn't going to make the weight go it is putting it on because I am eating as a result. I am going to have a loss this week. I am going to exercise my butt off and I am going to stay within my points this week. I really feel that I didn't get enough calories all week and that is why I gained because my body thought I was starving it and it stored more fat. That is possible. But believe me I couldn't starve myself. I love food too much.LOL

I can't wait to post my loss next week. But I am taking it day by day starting tomorrow. I can do this. I also have to watch my carbs this week because I know I had a lot of carbs last week also even though I had low points. I guess it is back to having french toast for breakfast again this week. It is only 1 carb verses 2 1/2. So that is good.

Have a great week everyone. Congrats to everyone that had a loss and to those that didn't we will all do better next week. Believe you can and you will. My attitude changes when I get up tomorrow for the rest of the week.

I know you will do great this week-you are so
determined! One of the reasons my weight is so out of control is because in the past if I was on a plan and
had a slip up ,or if I stayed on it and didn't lose I
would throw in the towel,and quit. I am getting better,
but still have to work on this kind of thinking. I keep
trying to convince myself that healthy eating is a lifelong
commitment. That it is ok to have a slip,as long as I
go back OP as soon as possible. I keep telling myself"Persistance Not Perfection!" I think it is finally
starting to sink in a little.
