Good morning all. Haven't been here in a while, been very busy, and my hands have been hurting. I am
happy to report a loss of 1.5 pd. this week.
Also we bought a bike for me this past weekend, and a cart for the boy
for my husband to pull. I talked with my theorpist, and he gave me some tips for riding my bike with carpal tunnel. Well must go.

Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope your day is going well! I have had a sinus infection and I am just starting to feel better. I haven't exercised in a couple weeks, and I didn't even walk last week. So I am hoping to get back into the swing of things now that I am feeling better.

I got my haircut today, and that always makes me feel good about myself.

Sherri-The field trip yesterday was to see a play. It was the Boxcar Children. There are a series of chapter books, and the kids have been reading them. So they were very interested in the play. They were all very good and enjoyed it very much. The teachers even thought the children were well behaved. The theatre was filled with kids from schools all over the area, and you could have heard a pin drop during the show. I was kind of glad to miss my meeting because my scale was not showing a loss. We will see what next week brings.
