Good morning all,
Just a quick note to say hi before I get going for the day. I will be on the road all day today working. But don't worry I have an eating plan. I will be taking my water with me (1/2 of it) and I will bring my apple with me as well. I am having a 1/2 turkey sub with mustard and no cheese. Just turkey lettuce and tomato. That way I can stay on track today and still have a loss for thursday.
I did good yesterday. I did have an icecream cone last night but I was 5 pts under my min. for the day so I know it didn't hurt me.LOL But I did do 30 min. of aerobics and I did go for a walk and penny just for you I did do the strength training last night for 20 mins. LOL Thanks for that by the way.
I hope everyone else has a great day. I have to go peel my potatoes for dinner. I am putting ham & potatoes in the crockpot to cook while I am gone today so my dinner will be done when I get home.
