Default I had it and lost it again today

this is beginning to be a pain in the, well you know I had a lot typed.
ok, Good morning all, all is well. Went to the doctor yesterday, and he or rather the office extend my time off till the 16th of Sept. He wasn't in cuz of a surgery he had to do. His office was a little annoyed with it, cuz they had asked him about it to begin with, and then he called at 12 and said he had to do the surgery, so the ladies, had to call and cancel all his afternoon appointments. I just happened to have left when they called, cuz I had to leave earlier than normal to drop the boys off at the daycare, and talk to her a little before i went to the appointment. Anyway, i had to reschedule to next wednesday, and the insurance nurse, called my insurance and extended my time. Yeah. So I do get the Garret and mom time. Speaking of Garret, got 5 and a half hours of sleep in last night at once, well almost at once. Woke up once and put his pacifer back in his mouth, and changed him. But neither of us had a problem going back to sleep. I must of fed him close to 20 ounce of formula from 2:30 till 10:30 last night, with him sleeping on and off. At about 9:30, I gave him formula with cereal in it, and a juice and water kicker. I had given him cereal before, but he wasn't getting full, so I had to give him a little more than normal. I figure, I will give him a little juice and water this morning, cuz i'm nervous about him pooping. A bit more information than you all need. The plan is to start getting him (Garret) to sleep earlier than 10:30, in bed at 9 would be good, than up at 3-4 would be good, for work reasons. That way, i can get my exercise in before i leave in the morning, cuz I won't have time when i get home. any way
We go tonight tonight to Brandon's popsicle socail with his new teacher. School starts the 7th for him. I have to hem all of his pants yet. I only bought 4 pair so far. Should of bought more when they were on sale. I figure we would (I would get a salad, for sure), or just have leftovers, and save on the money. I've been spending a lot lately, seems like on food though. Weight wise, on program totally for 1 full week. Yeah me. The next thing
Susie-you are right about the little weight loss vs. the big weight loss. That's the same thing i said at meeting, cuz at first I wasn't happy that, it wasn't as big of a loss as my scale said, but then I thought a loss is a loss, and better than a gain. Each loss no matter how little will get us to our goal. I like the Cheesecake Factory. I've been to the one in Chicago. What do I do? I work for a book printing company in Ann Arbor. There are a few in town. I work with digital files. Working in programs such as Acrobat, Photoshop, Microsoft (which isn't recommended, but we will do them), Illustrator, basically all of the design programs. I go through and check the customers files and get them ready for digital printing, (text mainly, but I make sure the covers have everything they need to print the covers too). verses the old fashion way of negatives. I make sure the fonts are all there, and everything that is needed for the job. We do both black and color work. I organize, and make sure there isn't a problem with the files, if there is, I work with the csr to have the customer send in new files, or i edit them myself with the customers ok. I sometimes get to work directly with the customer. Editing can consist of anything from resizing work (pictures), spelling correction, editing colors in their program ect. Then I save the files as pdf. So that in a nutshell is my job. I've worked there for 19 years now. Besides the old fashion way of stripping a job, this job is awesome. Love it. It can be frustrating, challenging, and a pain in the.
there you have it.

Penny, LaDean, Sherri, Christie, Eleni, Nita, Summer, how are you ladies doin.

ShortStack: I'm glad the doctor extened your leave. Hopefully you can get your little one on that schedule so you can get in your workouts. It's hard to balance it all isn't it?

I don't have children but I still have a lot going on and it's a big juggling act sometimes. For me, that will start when I go back to school (I go part-time) in 2 weeks. I have to give up my nightly workouts twice a week and figure out a way to get them in at another time. I've got a plan. On Tuesday's I'm going to skip my lunch hour (I'll take a quick "required" 10 min break and have a sandwich) then I can leave at 4:00 and head to the Y for an hour workout before class.

On Thursday's, I'm going to have to do a 30 min walk in the morning before work and that's going to be all I can do. It's better than nothing.

Where is everyone today? We miss you!
