Hi Penny: It's nice of you to ask how were are doing. I'm feeling better from my cold. Turns out I had a sinus infection; the doctor gave me a Z-pack and I started it last night. I feel better already.
I'm headed to the Y tonight for a light workout; it will be my first workout since Friday. My body is used to working out 5-6 days a week and it's screaming for me to move it!
